Living, Loving, and Learning... life currently seems to have so much to offer... not that it didn't before, but maybe I wasn't as appreciative. It's feels funny to have a resurgence of optimism... this Lapchis life has really ebbed and flowed that way...
I wanted to mention a cool project I'm currently working on for KrekowJennings, and the KJNation, which is a new strategic plan we are working on. We are in the midst of overhauling the marketing plans, and it is a much anticipated and exciting change.
As a builder, we couldn't ask to be in a better market than King County... currently the hottest real estate market in the country.
